Cedar Hills is dedicated to making your stay a wonderful experience!

We Invite you to use our facilities for:

  • Overnight accommodations for small and large groups to 78 people

  • Well appointed Meeting Rooms for 10 to 100 people

  • An elegant Dining Room seating 80 people and serving in a variety of styles

  • Consultation to help plan your retreat or event

  • Mouth-watering meals, designed with your health in mind:

    • We offer Continental Breakfast, Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner.

    • We can also provide socials and snacks for the end of the day.

  • 191 beautifully wooded acres with miles of trails for you to roam.

  • Several waterways for you to fish

  • Easy access to beaches, docks, liveries and the Lake Metro Parks system

  • Exciting programs for youth and adults

  • Group and family picnic areas and safe campsites.

To schedule an event we will ask for:

  • The date, dates or event you wish to be at Cedar Hills.

  • Your expected arrival time and anticipated departure time.

  • The anticipated number of people in your group that will be spending the night.

  • Will you require our linen package for each or will you bring your own?

  • Which meals you will be taking with us.

  • Will there be extra people for meals or meetings that are not spending the night?

  • How would you like to have your meeting space set-up?

  • Will you need audio-visual equipment?

  • Who will be the primary and secondary contact persons be for timely communications?

  • Are there any special dietary or personal needs we can help you with?

Groups are registered on a first-come, first-served basis and we book three years in ahead.  Please do not hesitate to call.  Our calendar changes and we will do all we can to host your event.

To schedule an event, please contact Cedar Hills with the information requested above.  Once we have confirmed availability, an agreement will be sent to you for confirmation and signature.  The count you give us for meals, overnights and other service will for the base value of the agreement and a security deposit of 20% of the base value will be due 30 days after we have set up your event.

During the time that precedes your visit, we request routine updates on your planning process so that we will be able to meet your needs effectively.  The requirements for this communication are spelled out in the agreement that will be mailed to you after you have reserved your time and space at Cedar Hills.

Other policies concerning changes to your original plans and timely communication will be mailed to you attached to the confirmation agreement.
