Groups are registered on a first-come, first-served basis and we book
three years in ahead. Please do not hesitate to call. Our
calendar changes and we will do all we can to host your event.
To schedule an event, please contact Cedar Hills with the information
requested above. Once we have confirmed availability, an agreement
will be sent to you for confirmation and signature. The count you
give us for meals, overnights and other service will for the base value
of the agreement and a security deposit of 20% of the base value will be
due 30 days after we have set up your event.
During the time that precedes your visit, we request routine updates
on your planning process so that we will be able to meet your needs
effectively. The requirements for this communication are spelled
out in the agreement that will be mailed to you after you have reserved
your time and space at Cedar Hills.
Other policies concerning changes to your original plans and timely
communication will be mailed to you attached to the confirmation
agreement.
